Alan Wilson, JD, MSc
Over the course of his 20+ years in leadership, Alan has proven his ability to seed, develop and grow businesses across the globe. Internationally recognized for his ability to marry EQ with execution, his work acumen spans both the European and North American continents and covers industry knowledge from healthcare to real estate development.
In 2017, Alan formed Sugarbush Capital, a CEO-for-Hire entity that works with shareholders across the globe to either strengthen their market position in a given space or reposition themselves within a new market.
Jay Ferraro, Ph.D, MBA
Dr. Jay Ferraro is a recognized authority in peak performance coaching and transformational leadership development. He specializes in enhancing the emotional intelligence of senior leaders and their teams to drive organizational results while designing robust corporate cultures. His methods and approach to linking the “inner work” of leadership to professional development, succession planning, high talent selection, and peak performance executive coaching are now used in companies such as Disney, AOL, AIG, Kaiser Permanente, the NFL (Miami Dolphins), Rabobank, HEC Paris, YPO and WFBMC.
Dr. Jay brings an extensive background of human performance expertise with over three decades of real-world experience as a classically-trained clinical and counseling psychologist, organizational change and development expert, business coach, peak performance trainer, best-selling author, and speaker (husband and dad to 5 kids too!) with proven technologies that get results.
Shelley Isabel Ritter-Gonzales
Shelley serves as Senior Executive Assistant for Sugarbush Capital. In her role, she manages all administrative aspects for the company.
Before Sugarbush Capital, she served in a similar capacity at Avant Global, a Santa Barbara-based Strategic Advisory & Venture Capital business.
Prior to this, Shelley had a career in Human Resources, having gained her experience from companies in the pharmaceutical and business process outsourcing (BPO) industries..
David G. Haynes
David Haynes is a freelance editor and instructor of English at a school for gifted and talented high school students. He received his MA degree from Marquette University and did three years of Ph.D. work in English at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
David has co-written and produced two award-winning short films and has written an essay on film for an Irish Studies journal. He has worked as a freelance editor for an insurance adjustment company and presently serves as an all-purpose editor for Sugarbush Capital.
